Today’s Echo has received the statement Osagz made after deleting the podcast, saying his life and that of his friends are threatened by alleged Teni fans.
Below are some of the things he said According to reports,
This and many more, Osagz said in the podcast that he has now deleted.“I used to be a hip-hop artist,” Osagie Alonge says while responding to the question of how he started on his journey of becoming a journalist and a content creator.
He went further to explain that after he left school, he became a rapper. At the time, it was hard to get his music played on blogs and websites because nobody would give him a chance. Then he decided to create his own blog where he played, not only his own music, but other people’s music and also shared their stories.
“So I continued to blog and continued to support other artists, their music and everything and it was quite interesting for me and from there of course I finally found that I sucked as a rapper. Then I got hired by a man who changed my life.
His name is Ayeni Adekunle. He hired me as an uploader and from there I just developed a strong passion for writing. So I didn’t go to any journalism school. I literally learnt everything from him and he just trained me throughout and here I am today.”
The pop culture enthusiast would like to discover young people who are passion driven and passion filled to be the next big thing, people who would become greater than him, who would do more than he is ever done.
